An Optimization Capacity Design Method of Wind/Photovoltaic/Hydrogen Storage Power System Based on PSO-NSGA-II

The optimal allocation of integrated energy system capacity based on the heuristic algorithms can reduce economic costs and achieve maximum consumption renewable energy, which has attracted many attentions. However, optimization results are usually influenced by choice hyperparameters. To solve above problem, particle swarm algorithm is introduced to find hyperparameters algorithms. Firstly, an consisting photovoltaic, wind turbine, electrolysis cell, hydrogen storage tank, established. Meanwhile, minimum cost, PV power rate, load shortage rate considered be objective functions. Then, a hybrid method combined with non-dominated sorting genetic algorithms-Ⅱ proposed problem. According result, cost 6.3 million RMB, 9.83%. Finally, four comparative experiments conducted verify superiority-seeking ability method. indicate that possesses stronger merit-seeking ability, resulting in solution satisfaction 87.37%, higher than unimproved algorithms-Ⅱ.
